Fire Safety, Emergency Notification and Lockdown Information

New Dawn Academy of Warren conducts the required number of drills according to state law. We conduct 5 fire drills with one conducted in the first ten days of school. We conduct 2 take cover drills, one in the fall and one in the spring. We conduct 3 lockdown drills with the assistance and cooperation from local law enforcement. We also have monthly playground equipment checks as required by Saginaw Valley University. Our kitchen is inspected by the Health Department. In the event of an actual lockdown or emergency, a notification message would be sent to parents.
